  • We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) with an active Tennessee license to join our growing virtual practice as an independent contractor (1099).

    This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys autonomy while receiving consistent supervision, mentorship, and administrative support. As our practice grows, there will be opportunities for increased responsibilities and professional development.

    • Provide high-quality virtual psychotherapy to adult clients throughout Tennessee

    • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

    • Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice

    • Participate in individual supervision with an LCSW supervisor

    • Collaborate with other members of the clinical team when appropriate

    • Maintain active Tennessee licensure and professional liability insurance

    • Active Tennessee LMSW license in good standing

    • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution

    • Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills

    • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for telehealth

    • Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and team-oriented

    • Fully remote position — work from wherever you feel most comfortable

    • Flexible scheduling — you choose your availability; evening and weekend hours are welcome but never required
