Meet the Team

Brittany Arp, LCSW
Founder & Attending Therapist
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space to be truly heard — not managed, not rushed, not judged. Just met exactly where they are.
For the past 8 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals through some of life's most tender and turbulent seasons — anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, and everything in between. My approach is deeply personal and rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. But more than any specific method, I believe the relationship we build together is what makes real change possible. Therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership — and that is exactly what I am committed to creating with every client I work with.
I specialize in working with women navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, mental health, and the moments in life that ask us to grow in ways we never expected. Whether you are facing something you can name or simply carrying a weight you cannot quite explain, you do not have to carry it alone.
Outside of the therapy room, I am a newlywed savoring this exciting new chapter, a proud dog mom to a pup who never fails to make me smile, an outdoor enthusiast who finds her reset in fresh air and open spaces, and a DanceFit instructor who has always believed that movement heals. These are not just hobbies — they are the things that keep me grounded, present, and genuinely passionate about the work I do. I bring my whole self to this practice, because I think that is what good therapy deserves.
I am so glad you are here. Whenever you are ready, I would love to hear your story.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can exhale—a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying.
For more than 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, children, families, schools, organizations, and communities. Through that work, I’ve learned that people are often doing the best they can while navigating experiences that shape how they think, feel, connect, and respond to the world around them.
As a therapist, I’m not here to tell you who you should be. I’m here to help you better understand who you are, what you need, and what may be getting in the way of the life you want.
I provide mental health support for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, and other difficult seasons of life. Maybe you know exactly what’s wrong. Maybe you simply know that something doesn’t feel right. Either way, you don’t need to arrive with the perfect words or have everything figured out. We can start where you are.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. I also incorporate social-emotional learning and self-care strategies to help clients better understand their emotions, recognize patterns, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being your authentic self in therapy. You deserve a place where you don’t have to perform, pretend, or worry about saying the “right” thing. Together, we can slow things down, make room for what you’re feeling, and work toward greater emotional awareness, grounding, and regulation.
Sometimes therapy is about gaining insight and creating meaningful change. Other times, it’s about having somewhere to breathe, process, and simply be. There is room for both.
I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone different. Sometimes, it’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that became quiet while you were surviving, caring for others, or simply trying to make it through a difficult season. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and move toward greater peace, clarity, confidence, and fulfillment.
Outside of my clinical work, I am the CEO and visionary behind The K. Bloomfield Brand, where I continue my work in education, mindfulness, self-care, social-emotional wellness, and personal growth. These experiences have strengthened my belief that wellness is not one-dimensional. It involves the whole person.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, honesty, warmth, and without judgment, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to take the first step.

One of the most powerful parts of life is the human connection we build with others. Life can leave us feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or as though we need to endure things on our own. Human connections can help us feel seen, while healthy relationships should help us feel both seen and heard. I believe building a strong therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy because you are worthy of a space where you feel genuinely seen and heard.
I primarily work with teenagers and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, relationships, self-confidence, and the many unexpected events and changes that life brings. Whether you are struggling to understand what you are feeling, trying to make sense of repeated patterns, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to work alongside you as you unpack what is going on beneath the surface.
Approaches I find myself gravitating toward most are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I enjoy blending these approaches with a psychodynamic perspective because I believe it allows us to look beyond the immediate concern and better understand those roots of what brings you into therapy. Our past experiences, relationships, and the ways we’ve learned to cope can have a big impact on how we navigate through the world today. Understanding those patterns can create meaningful change.
Outside of sessions, I spend a lot of time traveling. After having traveled across 5 continents and over 40 countries, I truly believe my experiences help me relate to clients from a variety of diverse backgrounds. I also enjoy working out, hiking, and just spending time in nature. Pretty much anything that gets me outside in the sunshine fills my cup—and my pup is always thrilled to be part of the adventure. Keeping my cup full is important to me, as I am a big advocate for practicing self-care. I want to be able to show up for my clients as my best, most present self.
Most importantly, you don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. You just have to be willing to start. Wherever you are on your journey, I’d be happy to meet you there.
