Hi, I’m Brittany Arp, LCSW

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space to be truly heard — not managed, not rushed, not judged. Just met exactly where they are.

For the past 8 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals through some of life's most tender and turbulent seasons — anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, and everything in between. My approach is deeply personal and rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. But more than any specific method, I believe the relationship we build together is what makes real change possible. Therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership — and that is exactly what I am committed to creating with every client I work with.

I specialize in working with women navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, mental health, and the moments in life that ask us to grow in ways we never expected. Whether you are facing something you can name or simply carrying a weight you cannot quite explain, you do not have to carry it alone.

Outside of the therapy room, I am a newlywed savoring this exciting new chapter, a proud dog mom to two pups who never fail to make me smile, an outdoor enthusiast who finds her reset in fresh air and open spaces, and a DanceFit instructor who has always believed that movement heals. These are not just hobbies — they are the things that keep me grounded, present, and genuinely passionate about the work I do. I bring my whole self to this practice, because I think that is what good therapy deserves.

I am so glad you are here. Whenever you are ready, I would love to hear your story.
